As the "Please Stand By" image was broadcasted on actual televisions back in the 50s until regular scheduled programming started, I think it's actually pretty clever. People that would usually see that image are either people that never sleep or hyperactive kids waiting for cartoons to start...

No matter how you twist it, the other poster DOES have a point.

Saying that you're going to release something at a certain time is dedicating yourself to it. It's not a contract but unless they can give a very good explanation as to why they haven't released it in a timely fashion after ending of the countdown is a little, as the other poster said, unprofessional.

And saying that it's late and they are probably not awake yet is no excuse.

I like the picture though (the indian head). But i would have liked to see the teaser. Allthough i expect not to see a lot in it.

The new concept arts were up around 16u GMT+1, which would make sence because the servertime of the forum is GMT-15 (you can see the standard time zone if you freshly register)... thus new art came up at 00:00 server time...

Most of you have to be working people, ant should know, that workint day doesnt start at midnight.
So just let people do their job. I'm glad that even something is going on with fallout 3, most of you probably signed the pettition some years ago asking to continue F3 production.
In Europe it is midday, maybe in the movie production area its still morning - so plenty time till the evening, to make final scene cuts, audio ads to teaser, some frame work and converting.
What do some hours or days mean, considering 7-8 years most of us were waiting?
