Just saw the teaser on a haxor website, so I won't give you the link even if you pm me, sorry.
Here's my description, so judge for yourselves:

Total time: 40 seconds

- black screen and silence
- "FALLOUT 3" fades in
- "Fallout 3" fades out
- sound of wind
- in-game panoramic view of a desert landscape with 4 tents in the distance. The image is rotating from left to right as the time of day slowly changes from day to night. There is no movement anywhere.
- in-game view of a cityscape, this time the camera slowly descends between some skyscraper ruins. Sorry I can't identify the city, but it is LARGE and looks completely deserted. The graphics are really something and the view distance is great. Doesn't necessarily look like the first 2 Fallouts but it sure as heck gives the impression of post nuclear.
- at around 20 seconds into the teaser we're shown the dark interior of an empty apartment, the camera moves through the rooms, down some stairs and into a basement where we can make out 2 aged men sitting at a table, with a weak, flickering lightbulb between them.
- next frame is a close up of one of the guy's dry lips as he says: "I saw a radcrab yesterday"
- cut to the other guy's concentrated eyes: "Nasty creatures, I avoid them whenever I can"
- then we're shown both guys looking at the viewer and saying at the same time: "a hero shall rise !"
- "Oblivion with Gunz, coming summer 2007 on teh Xbox360, winter 2009 on the PC"

it's 6 in the morning in US? In Europe it's 12 (+6hours gtm) so if bethseda guys stars their job at 8 in the morning we'll have to wait to let's say 4 or 5pm.
