They will definitely have a 1st person and 3rd person perspective because even Oblivion had that, so that's the very least we can expect.
I personally think it would be a bad idea to keep turn-based combat in a game that will be far more graphically superior and realistic when compared to the last two; it would be like dressing up a homeless man in a tuxedo.
This game needs to move the Fallout franchise forwards, not backwards.

I'm sure Bethesda understand that murdering this game will be like commiting commercial suicide; this game has hardcore appeal so it has to be in-depth, not like Oblivion, which had one of the most atrocious levelling systems ever devised.
I don't want to see another one of those 'Let's dumb the game down so much that we have to leave it up to the modding scene to sort it out' scenarios. Never again please.

Nope i am the GF it was my BF that introduced me and I love it as much as him weve already agreed were buying 2 copies of Fallout 3 like we have of 1 & 2 so we dont fight over whose playing first , Plus he brought me new high spec laptop for xmas so I have my own computer to run it on
