We are all in the Vault #123 Experiment. That is, how long after the countdown it takes a bunch of rabid Fallout fans eager to see whether or not their favorite franchise is going to be totally messed up to go completely insane and eat Bethesda alive. My bet? Just give it a few more minutes.

If they cant hold true to a deadline to show a video that is basicly .. nothing... They have no obligation to show any game play or ANYTHING..

Yes it is... the script basically checks the number of days between your current date and the 5th of June.

As for when the trailer's gonna be up, I'd expect it around 10AM EDT , that is UTC -4, so around 3PM UK/Portugal time, 4PM Central Europe Summer Time,... Cause that's the time they updated the concept arts...
