It will be funny if the timer goes "-1 days left" tomorrow...
Survivors of Vault 24, mostly of Japanese Decent emerged from their hiding place to remain a mostly isolationist community. Showing no interest or desire to be a part of the "new" society that was evolving around them they were completely self sufficient.

The JAA's official policy is one of re-establishing the government and rebuilding the society, but no comments or official decelerations have been made as to how they are to go about it. And though they profusely claim that this "New America" will be completely independent from Japanese government influence in establishing it's laws and governing, many are un-trusting in the name alone of the "New America".

Hrm, seems to me it just creates a lot of extra spam. People aren't talking about anything reasonable or interesting for this anyway, might as well just let it go.
